More often than not, there are multiple factors that play a role in the total problem.  We can perform a complete energy audit which will take every mechanical component in the building, assess their current operating states and finally, pin point sources of energy loss and inefficiency.  Inspections of this nature are customer dependant but typically encompass points of interest such as:

Mechanical Analysis :Compressor lubricant, system charge pressures, heat exchanger condition, duct leakage and insulation loss, piping losses, pump and motor condition state of repair, peak and continuous current draw, heat source state of repair, phantom loads.

Lighting Analysis: Current fixture layout and specification vs. ideal, operational consumption, active and unused estimates, consumption comparison based on latest technology

Structural Envelope Analysis: Complete insulation inspection including current configuration vs. ideal, window and joint seal condition, draft and uncontrolled infiltration analysis, actual air exchanges per hour vs. ideal.
