Jim was prompt and got the unit operable. “He’s the man” as others have said.

This is Jim. One of the many wonderful people who work for this company! I can’t recommend their service and products enough. From inspection to installation to use the geothermal system that was installed at my home completely satisfied us. The system surprised me with how quiet it runs and how effortless it is to operate. It’s so similar to my old oil furnace I forget I am a proud owner of an all electric home. And now, besides heating my house, I have central air conditioning. All for the same price. Their office took care of all the paperwork including the permits, licenses and rebates. My electric company is a cooperative of which I’m grateful for. Most of the electric they supply is from hydro. I’m a very proud owner of a very “green” household. Thank you NP for doing this for me and making earth a better place to live!

NP is the best I have known. I have constructed 26 homes with geo-systems. Yep. They are the BEST. Jim in service gets a special shout out. Call them.

Came on time did terrific work on investigating and solving a problem with both my heat pump and my gas furnace. And the charge was very reasonable since I have a service contract.
